If the Folder Pane is minimized, you won’t be able to see your folders. You can access this folder from the SharePoint website or in your Teams client. All you need to do to share files internally is save them to your SharePoint Teams folder.

Going to assume that when you say you have a "folder" named 2013, you are in fat referencing a data file in the Outlook Nav Pane with that name which would indicate that this is in fact is a PST file that was created through the archive process and is not directly associated with an email account. Would also be helpful (but not critical) to know the "type" of PST file in terms of whether it's an ANSI or UNICODE file. #3 - Are these PSt files associated with any email accounts or are these "archive" PST files?
